Day by Day Itinerary
Our agent will meet you at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), which handles domestic flights, and drive you to your Arusha lodging. The motel or lodge will be where you spend the night. It has a natural setting and a lovely garden. Rest and prepare for the start of your safari the next day.
After breakfast today, you’ll start driving to Serengeti National Park with lunch boxes. We’ll stop for a picnic lunch on the way there and then enter the park for an evening wildlife drive. The Serengeti National Park is home to an estimated three million large animals, the majority of which participate in a seasonal migration, one of nature’s wonders, making it the last great wildlife sanctuary in the world. The name Serengeti, which refers to the 14,763 sq km region, is derived from the Maasai word “Siringet,” which means limitless plains. For dinner and the night, travel to Serengeti Tukaone Camp or a comparable location in the Serengeti.

After a half-day wildlife drive in the Serengeti today, we’ll head to the Ngorongoro Crater Rim for the afternoon.
