Our Wildlife and Culture Safari combines safari game drives with the chance to meet with two different cultural groups to offer a blend of Tanzania’s wildlife and cultural history. A game drive in Ngorongoro Crater, a visit to the varied landscapes of the Serengeti National Park, and the opportunity to observe flamingos and tree-climbing lions of Lake Manyara are all included in our 14-day vacation. We also take a tour of the Serengeti National Park and its many lovely creatures.

Day by Day Itinerary
Your safari begins with a game drive in Nyerere National Park, with a boat trip safari serving as the major attraction. Early in the morning, a driver will pick you up from your hotel in Dar es Salaam and take you to Nyerere National Park, formerly known as Selous. Nyerere National Park has unheard-of high animal populations, making it the perfect place for an exciting safari!
On the numerous canals and lakes that make up Nyerere National Park, you may go on lovely boat safaris.
There is a considerable probability that you will encounter hippos, crocodiles, and even other creatures that come to drink during such a boat safari. Additionally, there are several birds can be seen (around 40 distinct kinds). After finishing the boat journey in the late afternoon, you’ll go to your camp for dinner and lodging.
You will go on a half-day game drive at Nyerere National Park on this day. Even the most experienced safari traveler will be mesmerized by Selous’ breathtakingly wild and gorgeous terrain, whose sheer magnitude and scale can be impossible to comprehend. The huge Rufiji River, which teems with birds, elephants, and crocodiles the size of dinosaurs, is the reserve’s lifeblood.
We’ll travel to Arusha later in the day for dinner and the night.
Drive to Oduzungwa Mountain National Park to go hiking and wonder at Sanje Waterfall after an early morning meal. With a height of 270 meters, the Sanje waterfall in Tanzania’s Udzungwa Mountains National Park is one of the tallest in the country. The waterfall is well-known throughout the world for providing guests with a stunning and relaxing place to unwind in after a strenuous climb. Visitors can relax by swimming, breezing, and playing in the small, naturally created ponds that are generated as a result of the mountains’ flowing water.
Elephants, giraffes, buffalo, zebras, moose, wildebeest, lions, and other bird species can all be found at Mikumi National Park. The Mkata Plains, with their gorgeous greenery and plenty of elephants and buffalo, are unquestionably a highlight. Go to the airport later to get a flight to Arusha.
Early in the morning, leave the hotel and travel to Ewang’ani Maasai Cultural Village to learn about Maasai culture. The purpose of this experience is to introduce you to real Maasai culture and life in a Boma, a traditional Maasai hamlet. You can meet the tribe, engage in conversation with them, and learn about their culture and way of life thanks to this special tour.
Join the villagers in their well-known call-and-response rhythmic singing. The “Adumu” or “jumping dance” may be their most well-known dance.
You’ll return to your hotel for dinner and lodging after the trip.
After breakfast today, you’ll go to Marangu Kilimanjaro to see the waterfall and the village.
Ndoro Waterfall, one of the most well-known and significant waterfalls in the region, is located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. You can reach this enormous waterfall after an hour-long hike through the breathtakingly green terrain of the Chagga (the largest tribe in Tanzania). Here, you can stand beneath the waterfall, even jump off one, swim in the cool water, and take a well-earned break for lunch in the lovely valley.
“Marangu” refers to a location with an excessive number of water streams. One of Tanzania’s most visited locations is this one.
You can view several monkey species, including black and white colobus monkeys, as well as tropical birds and other creatures. The journey takes about six and a half to seven hours. After dinner, we’ll stay at the hotel before returning to Arusha.
Spend one more day in the Maasai People’s company. Visit a different Maasai village to learn about their everyday activities, way of life, and history. There is a ton to learn, including unusual activities like building mud houses, sipping cow’s milk, and lighting a fire with sticks. An adventure worth taking.
You’ll afterwards return to the hotel for dinner and lodging.
Drive to Lake Manyara Treetop Walkway after breakfast.
There is a lot to see and do in Lake Manyara National Park, which is a distinctive location. ranging from walks through the hamlet and treetops to excursions by foot, by bike, by jeep, and in a canoe.
At the National Park’s entrance is where the 500-meter walk begins. Via suspension bridges, you ascend to a height of 18 meters above the ground. During the walk, there is a good chance that you will observe creatures moving beneath you and various birds staring you directly in the eye.
Each suspension bridge has a fall-back platform at the end from which you may enjoy a stunning view of Lake Manyara National Park.
We will begin our walk to meet bushmen after an early breakfast or warm-up. A soda lake called Lake Eyasi is encircled by volcanic mountains. Around Lake Eyasi reside the Hadzabe, bushmen who still go hunting for food. Discover the descendants of the earliest humans who are still in harmony with their surroundings. the clearest illustration of a lawless, anarchist society.
If you get a chance to talk to them, you might see them out hunting. After the hunt, welcoming songs, and dance, we might chose to drive by a blacksmith who is a member of the Datoga family before returning to the hotel for a nice lunch and checking out.
If you want to learn more about the Hadzabe tribe, you should go to Lake Eyasi. This area greatly benefits from the presence of these traditional bushmen. The most significant activity here is walking.
We’ll return to the campsite for dinner and lodging later in the afternoon.
Getting to know the 2 hunters and gatherers on yet another day at Lake Eyasi. You will learn more about the local animals and flora in the Lake Eyasi area. In addition to the bushmen, there are also Iraqw (Mbulu), a group of Cushite immigrants who first appeared some 2,000 years ago in the vicinity of Eyasi.
We’ll drive to the Ngorongoro crater later.
Enter this ideal deep volcanic crater and get close to the creatures. You are very likely to witness the Big Five due to the huge concentration of animals!
One of the most significant tourist destinations in Africa is this well-known crater, which has been listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 1979. The saline Makat Lake, a swamp, and vegetation cover the crater floor. luring wildlife to visit in order for it to drink, sulk, graze, hide, or climb.
The region surrounding the Ngorongoro crater is ideal for hiking. Later, make your way to the campsite to eat and stay.
After a continental breakfast, we drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for a crater tour. On this day, we’ll leave early in the morning for a game drive inside the Ngorongoro Crater, which will include a picnic lunch. You may expect to witness lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds, and other species because only a small number of animals travel in and out of the crater with its 2000-foot-high walls. Your driver/guide will be in touch with other safari drivers and astound you with his ability to find creatures that are concealed. We will drive to the Serengeti to the campground for dinner and the night after a fantastic day of exploring the Ngorongoro Crater.
The epic migration of more than a million wildebeest and zebras makes Serengeti National Park, an expanse of grassy plains stretching to the horizon with innumerable ungulates and massive packs of predators in their wake, famous as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The biggest wildlife show in the world takes place in the Serengeti National Park, where millions of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles migrate in response to the seasons in search of water.
They have such a strong urge to go that they cannot be stopped by a river or valley filled with crocodiles. Lions, leopards, gazelles, impalas, hartebeests, topis, buffalo, elephants, giraffes, dik-diks, crocodiles, hippos, and several species of monkeys and birds are among the other common animals.
You will return to the camp for dinner and lodging after a well-earned game drive.
At your hotel or lodge, breakfast will be provided while you get ready for your trip to the airport, where your safari will come to an end.
