Route Itinerary
Begin your Northern Circuit Route expedition at Londorossi Gate, located on the western side of Mount Kilimanjaro. Pass through lush rainforests teeming with rich biodiversity and listen to the calls of various bird species. As the day unfolds, set up camp at Mti Mkubwa, surrounded by the tranquility of the forest.

Ascend through the heath and moorland zone as you approach Shira 1 Camp. Traverse undulating terrains and marvel at the panoramic views of the Shira Plateau. As the air thins and the landscape transforms, set up camp at Shira 1 Camp, surrounded by the vastness of Kilimanjaro.

Venture off the beaten path as you trek to Moir Hut on the far northern side of the mountain. Traverse otherworldly landscapes, including alpine deserts and rocky ridges, while enjoying unspoiled wilderness views. After celebrating your achievement at the summit, descend to Mweka Camp, where you’ll spend your final night on the mountain.
